                                                                                             Once a reservation is confirmed, service fees are non-refundable.

                               This is because your scheduled time is immediately removed from our booking calendar, making it unavailable to other clients.

• More than 48 hours before your scheduled service: You may cancel without additional charges. However, service fees remain non-refundable.
• Within 48 hours of your scheduled service: Cancellations may incur a late cancellation fee.
• No-shows: Full charges apply. No refunds will be issued.

• At least 48 hours in advance: 
• You may reschedule once at no extra cost.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
