Return and Refund Policy

Flamingo Rides LLC provides reliable transportation services throughout Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. Because each ride is scheduled, reserved, and allocated specifically for the customer, all sales are final. By booking with Flamingo Rides LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Flamingo Rides LLC are non‑refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Ride reservations
Airport transfers
Group transportation
Special event bookings
Prepaid or pre‑scheduled services

Once a booking is confirmed, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Credits Only

While refunds are not offered, Flamingo Rides LLC may issue a service credit when applicable. Credits may be granted in situations such as:

Customer cancels within the allowed cancellation window (if applicable)
Weather‑related or safety‑related service interruptions
Operational issues caused by Flamingo Rides LLC

Credits:

Are issued at the sole discretion of Flamingo Rides LLC
Must be used toward future transportation services
Are non‑transferable and hold no cash value
Expire 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated

3. Missed Rides & Late Arrivals

If a customer misses their scheduled pickup due to lateness, incorrect information, or failure to appear, the booking is considered completed and no credit or refund will be issued.

4. Customer‑Initiated Cancellations

If cancellation is permitted under your specific booking type, any approved cancellation will result in a credit only, not a refund.

5. Non‑Compliance & Policy Violations

Flamingo Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service for violations of company policies. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Changes to This Policy

Flamingo Rides LLC may update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
